Shane Keaney, President

Appointed president of Bord na Móna Environmental U.S., Inc. in 2007, Shane leads the expansion of Anua's environmental business in North America. Shane's responsibilities involve managing the North American business unit including the launch of innovative wastewater and odor treatment technologies, securing sales channels into new market sectors and establishing high levels of customer service with our expanding customer base.

Shane previously served in general manager and contracts manager capacities for Degremont, one of the world's largest water companies, with responsibility for expansion into new territories, and establishing regional offices within Western Europe. His expertise was in the area of business development and project management, addressing the needs of major capital projects and establishing joint ventures and customer partnerships.

Shane has held senior positions in water utilities and construction companies including South West Water one of the 10 major water utilities in the United Kingdom and he has more than 20 years of overall business and project management experience.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from Queens University Belfast.

Colin Bishop, Director of Sales and Government Relations

As head of sales and government relations for Anua, Colin oversees regulatory approvals as well as residential sales. He started his career with the Mohave County Arizona Environmental Health Division as an environmental health specialist and was later an environmental health supervisor over one of three districts.

He has been an entrepreneur and worked in the decentralized and on-site wastewater industry over the last 19 years in system manufacturing, design and service, regulation, inspection, sales and marketing, and site/soil evaluation. He is a Registered Sanitarian in Texas, Louisiana and Arizona. He is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist through the National Environmental Health Association.

Colin earned a B.S. in Zoology from Brigham Young University in 1992 and lives in Woodville, Texas with wife, Mia, and their four children.

Patrick Jennings, P.E., Director of Engineering and Projects

As director of engineering and projects, Pat is responsible for engineering, design, and project delivery of Anua's wastewater and odor control projects. He is responsible for finding innovation solutions to meet project engineering requirements, project budgets and delivery schedules. His expertise is in project management and delivery.

Pat has more than 35 years’ experience in the wastewater community including consulting engineering, municipal water and wastewater utility management, and wastewater system manufacturing. Prior to joining Anua, Pat worked with Bonita Springs Utilities as Director of Engineering and Construction.

Pat earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in MD, VT, TN, FL, NC, and SC.

Raymond Peat, Director of Business Development

As director of business development, Raymond is responsible for Anua's relationships with design/build/operate organizations that are interested in wastewater, water reuse and odor and VOC solutions.

Raymond is a senior marketing and business development executive with proven experience building and leading creative, strategic and tactical initiatives.

Prior to joining Anua in 2009, Raymond worked with Premier Tech Environment as director of market development and Bio-Microbics, Inc. as the vice president of marketing and international sales.

Raymond earned a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in Music from Emporia State University. He is past president of the National Onsite Wastewater Management Association and is extensively involved in the Water Environment Federation (WEF), U.S. Department of Commerce's U.S. Commercial Service and the Business Marketing Association.

Tom Smith, Director of Operations and Marketing

Tom has spent more than 30 years developing and implementing integrated marketing plans for more than 40 companies in 18 different vertical industries - building awareness, driving leads, creating strong channel partnerships and ensuring customers become raving fans.

At Anua, Tom is responsible for all aspects of operations, marketing, brand development and sales support.

Tom earned his MBA in marketing from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is an active member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and serves on the board of First Flight Federal Credit Union.
